What is a CCMA?

A Certified Clinical Medical Assistant is a licensed support person who usually works in a doctor’s office or clinic — and in some states — in a hospital. Medical assistants may be trained for administrative duties, clinical duties or both, depending on the program they attend.

This assessment, like any other, is typically accomplished by the successful completion of the given examination.
