PREREQUISITE:

In this training program, a basic knowledge of Windows and the Internet is recommended. No previous experience using QuickBooks is required for this course.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

QuickBooks 2015 is an accounting software program created by Intuit for small businesses and self-employed professionals, favorite by most organizations as it can be used for almost all financial business processes.   An individual can use it for entering receipts, tracking expenses, invoicing, payment tracking, tax tracking, purchase orders, and even to prepare reports and statements regarding your finances.  QuickBooks is your best business’ partner when it comes to bookkeeping and accounting.

Know how to effectively manage the financial areas of your small business quickly and efficiently with our rigorous training program in QuickBooks. QuickBooks is designed especially for the small to midsized business owner who enjoys Quicken’s convenience of use but prefers a more traditional approach to accounting.

In our training program, participants will be able to gain hands-on experience as they learn the core concepts and techniques to set up a chart of accounts; reconcile your checking account; create and print invoices, receipts, and statements; track your payables, inventory, and receivables; create estimates; and generate reports.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

By completing this training course, participants are expected to possess professionalism in handling the scope of QuickBooks and be prepared to sit and pass the QuickBook certification exam. Participants will be able to learn several skills such as:
